Five minutes to downtown, closer to airport--yet no noise even though next to highway onramp. Walk to convenience food, fuel across the street. Owners immediately address any concerns, without hesitation.

Perfect for my needs, excellent location on a frequent travel route for me, with easy access off and on the freeway. This is now my preferred motel when journeying around Little Rock.

This hotel is truck driver friendly. They let me pay with EFS check and stayed for 2 days. It's no Bellagio hotel but very comfortable and I couldn't find any complaints. I didn't see no mice or roaches like people are claiming. Thank you for your services will come again

Nice place to stay. Ppl in front lobby r cool. 100% cool. No bullshit. It’s not perfect but it has a McDonald next to it n 15 mins away from downtown

Rooms were very decent for the price. Nothing special but no bed bugs or any notable issues so I have no complaints. The night as well as morning people in the check in room were extremely friendly.

Read alot of negative reviews about roaches and rude staff and it made me hesitant but I'm glad I gave them a shot. The gentleman at the office was very nice and professional, the room was clean and nothing like what the negative reviews said. Did NOT see any bugs of any sort, beds were comfortable and everything was good. Nice big screen TV, have McDonald's right across the parking lot. Overall good experience.

Recently completed a 6 week stay while in town on business. Good price, clean room, strong internet, not a single bug, nice friendly staff. Definitely will be my go to. Next visit to the area.

Great stay in Little Rock while on our Family road trip. Clean rooms, safe environment easy access to food joints like McDonald's and Subway which are just steps away. Pete the Manager is wonderful host. Best value for your money. I highly recommend this for family or individual stay.

Older motel but has been updated nicely! Was initially a billing issue but got resolved by the owner as soon as I addressed it. Only $10 upcharge for dogs, which is quite a steal compared to elsewhere. The front desk man is very courteous and helpful. There was a hornets nest adjacent to our door and at 11:45pm the owner came and sprayed them down himself, as soon as we notified them. Perfect location easy to highway on and off, McDonald's next door. Extremely reasonably priced, non smoking rooms weren't smoky like I experienced at the last hotel I stayed at. Rooms are very spacious with cute little tables in them! Would definitely return! PS NO BUGS (roaches or bed bugs) I checked neurotically
